I'm running Cirrus 4.1 and need to move to a new server.

If you have purchased support on Cirrus for the year. We've bought support every year since 2007. Now I need to reinstall this program on a new server and I can't download the version or even the program I have. Cirrus is now Orion NCM and does not show up in my list of available downloads on my solarwinds page. Is there a solution to this or am I going to get screwed again and have to buy the new version?

If you are current, you should absolutely get access to Orion NCM at no additional cost. I would recommend contacting customer service and they should be able to straighten this out for you.
