How will licensing change when v11 moves everything to Orion core?

Since it appears that the toolset is being moved to utilize the Orion core and become web based, how will this impact the current licensing schedule?

Since not everything is actually moving to Core (only 5 tools for now, the rest remains desktop) we will have actually new seat based licenses for the Web part generated. Orion admin will be responsible of assignment of these seats to the users.

This partially answers the question. In an example where we currently have 5 desktop licenses, will we also have 5 web licenses to integrate with Core?

There will be appropriate customer messaging with regards to the licensing subject for Web Toolset, once we are close to the release. We cant disclose this information as of now, because it might change and we don't want set false expectations.

Is there any particular reason for this question ?

Thanks for the update. More than anything, I was just curious to see if the plan was going to require additional capital expenditure from customers to use the web toolset.
