Publishing RealPlayer update aborted?

Greetings.

Today I noticed that RealPlayer is now part of the catalog, and we've got a few clients on our network with this installed, so I tried to publish the updates that are available. The two updates downloaded just fine to the server, but despite trying twice and even re-downloading, I have 3 aborted publishing attempts in my task history at this time, all of which have this message:

Can anyone shed some light on why this might be aborting and, more importantly, how I can fix it and get these updates published? Thank you.

It looks like the attempt to copy the file from the Patch Manager server to the WSUS server failed.

Message: An I/O exception occurred while copying the data from the item to its destination

Are you able to successfully publish any other updates?

After reading your reply, I just tried to publish a different update (to opera, which isn't installed on any of our systems) and it was successful.

I'm not able to reproduce the behavior with the RealPlayer update. It's also possible that this was a transient issue. Since you have published the Opera package successfully, I would suggest trying the RealPlayer update one more time. If it continues to fail, please open a support ticket via the Customer Portal so that a support representative can investigate with you further.

Thank you. I just tried the newer/later of the two updates and it did publish successfully. Thank you for your assistance!
