After installing the RC3 the Network Atlas doesn't allow drag and drop. Anyone else seeing this? Anyone have a work around?

have you tested drag&drop in other programs, for example on desktop? We faced similar problems when working on VMware and VM hosting process incorrectly grabbed mouse click events, reboot of machine was necessary.
If this is not your case, please open support ticket for this one and post ticket number here, so we can track it down.

Exactly as you described, restarted vm guest and now OK
