Uninstalled trial version but tab is still showing.

I downloaded and uninstalled the IPAM and I can't get rid of it on my console.  Words of wisdom?

Try this,
In C:\InetPub\SolarWinds
Locate any instances of a IPAM module folder and delete them. Refresh the Web browser and that should clear out the extraneous tab
