Not able to view Round Trip Time graphs for IPSLA Operations

Hi,

I am not able to successfully monitor the IPSLA operations (ICMP-echo and Path-echo) and the RTT graphs associated with it. The "Operation Status" is unknown. the VNQM version is 4.2.4.

Any Idea ?
