Backupcurrentconfig will not run after password change.

Question

Recently updated a password on our network switches (Cisco). I can login with the new password but the backupcurrentconfig will not run.

"Reason:(30016) Invalid username or password reported by server, or bad privated key..Wil try again"

Thanks, we found that we were not seeing all of the tabs until we ran Cattools with an admin account. The edit tab for the devices was greyed out.
