I am trying to create a report with the top 25 sites for maximum respone time and average response time in a day.

I am also looking for availability and packet loss in a day.

Have you looked at the "Response Time - Last Month" in Orion?

This has both metrics you need and can be filtered to limit the number of rows

You can also add % Packet Loss to the The Layout and aggregate using Sum, Count,Min, Max, Average, Count Distinct

In spooling report for average response time on solarwinds where to where are we measuring the latency? Is this from CU-CP to Core?
