WMI provider manual installation has two packages?

Hello all,

Recently working with Patch Manager and was attempting to install the WMI provider manually due to the system having a signature issue and wanting to attempt to have WSUS fix this for us right away using PM. I went to the WMI providers directory and found 3 installers. Two of these look to be the necessary providers while the third is SCCM. The question is which do I install and what OS versions do these support?
