I am looking for some information on IT staffing models to present to my executive management. We are in K-12 public education and are requesting 2 new positions for our IT department. We are being asked to provide documentation (charts, graphs, formulas, numbers) on IT staffing models in non-educational industries. We have 2,000 employees, 15,000 students, at least 20,000 devices to support and we currently have a staff of 9.
Normally I would consult other public school districts on this type of request, but since I am being asked to provide non-education staffing models, I thought I would try my luck here. Any info anyone could provide would be great. Thank you.
