Inventory problems

I upgrade from Cirrus to NCM5 and am having trouble getting my Inventory to run. I am using SNMP 3 and I can validate snmp (it validates read only even though I have set the commandx in the switch for read write) and login. I do an inventory and it fails looking at the old snmp2c strings which are no longer valid. I changed the properties to the snmp 3 settings but still using snmp 2c for inventory. Do I have to reimport all my nodes or is there a place to change what snmp version the inventory uses?

any help is appreciated.

Just to make sure I have it set up right can anyone send me the commands for setting up read/write priv in cisco devices. I am having similar trouble with Orion NPM
