Solarwinds - some suggestions for you.
START OF RANT
7.0.2 has by far been the worst update I've applied to date. Failed processes during install (brand new applications server/install of Orion), multiple processes that weren't terminated by the exe before trying to install, and then of course two failures as it tried to run the config wizard.
I would call tech support, but I'm tired of waiting on hold for 20-30 min at a time just to be told there is nobody that works on NCM in the office.
Also, STOP ADDING WEB PARTS TO MY HOME PAGE AFTER EVERY UPDATE!!!! God lord, this is my install, not yours. I could care less about engergywise devices or how NCM works. If I'm running the update, I already have it, and already know how to use it. Why on Gods green earth would I want an NCM how to on my default home page? You already place that web part on the NCM page, leave it at that. Its annoying as hell to have to edit my custom homepage because someone wanted to throw in a couple of random parts.

It took three config wizard runs in order to bring the website back online. It did finally finish.
