"Building cache of resources. Please wait. This window will be refreshed when resource cache is complete."..This windows comes up each time I am trying to add any new resource.
Any one aware of how to fix it?
The cache is built once and retained for a period of time before it is flushed. You will commonly see this after rebooting your Orion server or if you have not added a new resource to a view in a while. The cache is built on-demand and normally takes a few minutes to complete depending upon the speed and performance of your Orion server and SQL database. If you've left it to build and it still hasn't completed after an hour then something is amiss. I would recommend re-running the configuration wizard to see if that resolves the issue. If it does not, and after another hour of spinning has still not rebuilt the resource cache I would suggest opening a case with support.
