Have you contacted Support? We'd like to help, but your error message doesn't indicate any known bug. There are too many unknowns to really diagnose on the Forum.

NetFlow 2.0 installs a number of additional counters in the Windows Performance Monitor. Support has found that on occasion this conflicts with certain Non-Solarwinds processes already running on the server.
In this case it was CSMon – part of Cisco’s TACACS server. Stopping this process allowed the Netflow service to start. If you are having a similar problem, try eliminating any non-essential services running on the server. If the service still won’t start, please submit a case to Solarwinds support.
