Hardware Health Overview - no EDIT button

I'm rather new to Solarwinds and Thwack and am having the following issue trying to build a custom home page for a customer. We are running Orion Platform 2015.1.2 and NPM 11.5.2.

I have created all of the spaces I need on the homepage but cannot get the HARDWARE HEALTH OVERVIEW to display properly.

The issue is that I can add the HARDWARE HEALTH OVERVIEW section to the page, but it will only show a sample image from Solarwinds.

I have read in a few places that after adding this, that I should click the EDIT button, but there is no button to press (see image below). This happens when I log in to Solarwinds as the customer or as myself (I have full admin rights to Solarwinds).

Is there a different way to configure this section? Is there something I'm missing?

I just checked in my system and all I had to do was add that to the page and it populates. I can't remember when I initially built if it took some time to populate. No configuration was necessary for me.

Version 12 is very stable, I'd highly recommend upgrading them.

I'm running Orion Platform 2016.2.100

Thanks for the insight, Richard. I checked and after 24+ hours, I still have the sample image, unfortunately.

I'm pushing for an update to v12. Just need to get business signoff on the update and time. Hopefully we will update soon.
