I am interested in the SWET, but am concerned that I may not be able to use it as it is meant to. I am the network geek for my institute. I manage all the access switches, and NATs in various buildings both on and off campus. The rub is that I do not have access to any of the routers that my access switches connect to. They are managed by a different group that basically provide all the other network services. Needless to say troubleshooting beyond my uplink can be a challenge at times. So without access to the local routers, just how functional would SWET be?
