Question about alert reset conditions

I have a memory alert that excludes certain servers:

It triggers when Percent Memory Used goes above 90%; I would like it to reset when it goes below 75%.

When setting up the reset condition, do I only need the Percent Memory Used is less than 75%, or do I need to mirror all of the alert conditions?

For the reset condition, you would only need the Percent Memory Used is less than 75%.
