SolarWinds paging question

Does anyone know if there is a way that SolarWinds can be used to page via com 2 (modem) instead of using the WWW?

You can use a program like Winbeep, and set Solarwinds to run this
program when an alert is set off, rather than sending an e-mail
via SMTP.
