I have two Cisco Routers completely identical minus variations to addressing in the config.
Both have the same IPSLA configs applied with a custom owner so then we cause IP SLA 3.5.1 to monitor existing operations.
Everything so far so good. I apply IPSLA configs and then discover. Both routers return 22 operations. Verify from CLI that each one is returning stats.
In the Orion web console all operations on Router A are good to go. Router B only shows one operation up. the others are down.
For Router B I can verify good stats on the CLI. For Router B I can drill in on an operation and see the same ICMP Jitter hops that are represented in CLI.
The data looks good but Orion/IP SLA Manager report the operation down. Any ideas why? what is the dependancy that causes an IPSLA operation to report down. The Admin guide doesn't really say what it looks for to determine if operation is up or down. It discovers and is tracking data. Cant understand why this router reports the operation down. I have deleted and reapplied. seems specific to this router. I just want to know what the operation is looking for to determine status so I can fix it.
