Is there anyway I can set a monitor to alert a disk storage system, in particular HP EVA8000 when something is up?

OK, thx! But now I have а problem to add a disk storage to MIB...I cant find it not by IP nor by network scan.

What else ways it is to add to MIB?Thx!

If there is a MIB that can be polled for status, you can specify the OID in the Custom SNMP Wizard (details can be found on p. 137 of Admin Guide).
