After I acknowledge an active alert, it disappears from All Active Alert list and I cant find where to retrieve it from.. (I've checked to ensure the Hide Acknowledged Alerts is unchecked.) Help! How can I view all ack alerts?
What version of the product are you running? Say it is a drive alert, after you acknowledge then it disappears. Then when you navigate to the node's (server) page, is it showing if there is an active alert on that object? You said the below was unchecked.
Is it on every alert? Some of them? How does the reset action look on the alert?
On my home page, i have a box showing active alerts, if I click edit, I see the following:

I have a somewhat similar issue, but in my case the more recent alerts disappear whether acknowledged or not. It's like Last In, First Out alert disappearing in a matter of minutes. Is there a setting somewhere that does this? Would a full DB do this? How do I check?
I am running on NPM 12.0.
Is it from a custom query on your page or something out of box? Show a screenshot on where they disappear from. Also, are they clearing or staying active but not showing where you are looking?
