CUBE Call Volume Report

Hello All,

I am trying to create and schedule a report for call volume on one of our CUBE's. I have enable the cvCallVol poller and it has added a graph to the nodes page which I have attached below. I would like to to be able to email out the graph below via a scheduled report.

I have been able to create a report by filtering for the poller's OID but I can't seem to transform the data properly. I have been able to make a graph based on the pollers raw data but the number of calls seems too high. Ideally I would like the exact graph from the nodes page emailed out. Any assistance would be appreciated.

This is something i've been working on today as well.

Are you saying that the graph that comes out on the node details page looks correct? Are you transforming that poller? I talked to my telecom engineer and he says that the output of that OID needs to be divided by 2 to get an accurate reflection of calls. Not sure why the data from your custom report would be different than the widget on the nodes view page. Seems like they would be using the same data.
