Hi, We are migrating from SNMPv2 to SNMPv3. When will SNMPv3 be supported? We use SNMP within Cattools to get the "SNMP location", and "SNMP Contact" information from devices.
Hi aalbersh,
The support of SNMPv3 is a valid and known feature request. It will be considered for one of the futire releases. We can't disclose more details.
Thanks,
Jiri

Dear Jiri,
I'm an intern and i've worked with Cattools and i think it's a great tool to work with.
But i'm also missing the SNMPv3 support, is there any news of a new version of cattools supporting SNMPv3?
hope to hear from you soon.
Rowin Bos
Hi Rowin,

We are actively developing the next version of CatTools, and while I cannot devulge what will be in the upcoming version, I do value any and all feedback and suggestions for new features and functionality.
