Netscaler alerts

Hi All

Hope you can help me.

I am monitoring netscalers and need to be able to produce specific alerts related to values received from a specific MIB (NS-ROOT-MIB:sysHealthCounterValue) from the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.5951.4.1.1.41.7.1.2.

My issue is this, the OID is a table OID with several rows of data. I need to alert on specific ones, such as internal temperature, CPU Temperature, PowerSupplyFailureStatus (1&2) to start with.

I have the OID in place and have the table of information displaying on the web interface of solarwinds but I cannot seem to work out how to use a specific row of data from the table to write the Advanced alert, or just create a poller alert

When creating Advanced Alert for Custom Pollers there is an option to specify the RowID; this may be what you are looking for.

You may need to look in the database to determine which RowID you need if you don't already know.
