I was wondering if Solarwinds is still present in these forums as I don't get any reply anymore. Furthermore I requested a representative to contact me about the broadband toolsets last week, which hasn't happened yet either. Makes me wonder if Solarwinds is the path to choose...

You should phone the Support line if you have burning issues.
I believe this forum was designed for customers to exchange ideas,
not neccessarily as a Solarwinds help line.
I have not had any issues receiving support from Solarwinds via phone
or e-mail.
