Hi guys,
I have an alert setup to trigger when a custom property is Empty, reset when the condition is no longer true and an alert action is to populate that same custom property with text.
Everything works as planned for nodes that are managed.
For unmanaged devices the trigger works but the trigger actions are not performed. This means anything that is in a state of unmanaged when the alert triggers is 'stuck' in active alert.
Even if I Manage the device, the trigger action still does not fire. I have to clear the active alert and let it re-trigger when the device is not unmanaged.
The devices are not muted.
Is that normal behavior? I would have expected that as long as the trigger conditions where met that all the actions would have fired.
