How to get Netflow data of specific IP address?

I need a report that I can run that will show me the Netflow data for a specific IP address. It can't be that difficult but I am having trouble getting it to work. I want to see the source IP of x.x.x.x and I want know what applications, protocols they have been running and to where over the past x hours.

Can someone help me with this report?

Use the Search by IP resource or the Traffic Builder - both will work.

Can you provide a little more detail? How would I use the Traffic Builder to configure a web view of the IP addresses that a particular user has been visiting?

To get this resource added, you must add it to the view. To
do this, you need to get to the Admin screen and Manage Views. Then edit
the NetFlow Traffic Analysis Summary view and add a resource to Column 1.
Under the NetFlow choices you will see the Traffic Builder.

for a complete novice can i get detailed info on a certain IP address on my network and see what sites etc they access and if you coudl please expline steps as i cannot find the above screens in real time net flow analyser
