Installing V9.1

Just downloaded v9.1 and I'm trying to install on a Windows 2008 server (standard, SP1, 64-bit).  The Web Access portion of the install cranks up the Prerequisite Wizard, which I attempt to run through.  It tries to download Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable, ASP.NET AJAX 1.0, SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1 and SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP1 x64, but fails with an Error -536870894.  Anyone know why this is?

For anyone that cares:  It may have been related to the web proxy, but I'm not sure.  I made sure the server had direct (non-proxied) internet access, then updated everything to the latest Windows updates, then installed 9.2.  That worked fine.  Since I did several things, I can't be sure which fixed the issue.
