The attached report can be imported into the Web Based Report Writer in SAM 6.2 and includes all information you're looking for.

Thank you so much for your reply aLTeReGo but I will be needing this for other modules not for SAM. The modules I am currently working on are NPM,NCM,IPAM and UDT.

Items like the Serial Number for servers is information that is only available with SAM. If you need a similar report for Network Devices I recommend posting to either the Network Performance Monitor, or Report Lab forums.
