ASA 5505 Netflow is detecting the same interface NPM is polling

dear community,

i got an ASA 5505 with the following:

List resource:

Ethernet 0/1

Ethernet 0/0

Inside

Outside

so on NTA, it shows the interface Inside and outside for flows, but NPM shows Ethernet 0/1 and 0/0.

so when i open the flows for interface Inside and outside, it doesn't work because it should be ethernet 0/0 and 0/1.

i guess its a firmware issue from the ASA, but i was wondering if anyone had a similar experience.

It's possible there is some firmware issue, but I'm not directly aware of such.

I would start by verifying in the ASA config that you're exporting the E 0/1 and E 0/0 interfaces instead of the Inside/Outside.  The most likely piece is simply verifying the config before trying to pin down if it's a bug and looking to upgrade the Firmware for the device.
