Windows 7 Upgrade. Now Toolset V10.6 doesnt work within Orion but does outside of Orion

I just upgraded from Vista to Windows 7. I have toolset v10.6 installed on my pc and it works fine as a standalone piece but when I open Orion version 9.5 SP4 and open an interface and try to click on traceroute or ping it pops up a message saying this item is not installed. Please download the Solarwinds Engineers Edtion now. I have the latest version installed and it works but just not when it is integrated into Orion.

Please note I am not getting the Active X issue some have had but I did try that solution to no avail.

Nevermind. I found my own solution. I disabled UAC but forgot to reboot after I disabled it. Once I rebooted now the toolset works within Orion. Sorry to wait the space.
