Solarwinds EE Tools - command line

Does anyone know if it is possible to run tools from a command line with switches, e.g. run switchportmapper from the run command so that it open straight to a designatewd switch?

If so, this could be used to create a link on a webpage to run a specific toolset on a switch.

I'm also interested in any commandline switches. Also ways to tap into it with .NET technology...
