When I try to install SLA Manager on 2008 R2 it tells me I need server 2003 or later. I have VOIP monitor on it now. Anyone else having this issue?
You can try right clicking on the installer exe and setting the compatibility to 2008 or 2003 and rerunning the installer.
I have not tried this. Also note we have not tested against 2008 R2.
Although we support 2008, R2 is not supported for Orion.
This worked for me. IP SLA Manager is running and reporting data. Will update this thread is I run into issues as its unsupported.
Is there a future plan to allow Orion NPM to work with Windows 2008 R2? I am researching upgradeability to the new platform.

A note to those reading this, we rebuilt the server and did not use R2. Had too many issues. One R2 is support we will go back to it.
