mib browser oddity

Has anyone run across this issue. When opening the mib browser it cuts off where you would enter the IP address and snmp string. On my mib browser it cuts it horizontally where you would enter the IP address. Mine always begins with the quick start page even after closing that though? Everything functions, just that the area where you enter that information is missing the bottom 2/3 of it like it is wiped off the screen adn will not come back.
I think the very first time I opened MIB-BROSWER it worked fine, but after closing it and re-opening it then this happened.

FIX: delete the mib-browser.toolbars file and it will come back normal again.
