switchport mapper export problem

Everytime I try to export from switchport mapper to any type of output file. Mainly I want it to work with exporting to html. Everytime I try I get this error:

The instruction at "0x0989fb1c" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

I have tried reinstalling the software a couple of times and keep getting the same error. I am using version 8.0.3

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
