Getting multiple alert emails for the same issue

Hi guys,

I wonder why there were multiple alert emails sent for the same issue but different time.

Please let me know if you need further info.

The Time of Event in the left hand column of your screen shot is different for your two alerts (1:12 PM vs 5:02 AM) but both alerts agree that the reboot occurred on Jan 20 at 5 AM. I wonder if you have two polling engines whose clocks are not in sync.
