Blank screen when logging into Orion with FireFox 38.1.0

When logging into Orion web using FireFox 38.1.0 user is presented a blank screen.

IE works fine.

This is an AD integrated SSL'd installation.

IE users get prompted for credentials while FF just shows them a blank page.

What is in inetpub logs during this time? How do the failed Firefox attempts appear in the logs (if at all)? You can use Live Headers plugin in Firefox for a little visibility from that end. Alternatively, addons that switch the user agent to IE may be a workaround option.

This was resolved. User had not configured his ActiveClient card reader in FF. Once he did problem was solved.
