The Cisco 6500 running a SUP 720 has a different output and a different command than most of the other IOS Switches. If you try to get a mac address report it comes back blank.
How can this be remedied?

Can you create a scheduled report that manually issues the equivalent "sho ip arp" command against that Sup 720, then bundles it up for you and e-mails it to you?
Alternately, have you looked at the SQL query that generates the data you want in Kiwi CatTools, and tried to modify it with SWQL to use the correct Sup720 command, and then generate it into a new report in NPM?
