Showing MAC address of virtual servers

Our scans are not showing the MAC address of VMs. Has anyone seen this or have a resolution? Our VMware team is curious and we are new to IPAM.

- verify that SNMP is enabled on VM and Orion Console has valid SNMP credentials

- VM should respond to OID ifPhysAddress 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.6
