Monitor up time in email alert?

Morning.

Is it possible to include the monitor up time in an email alert when the monitor fails - e.g. "Service XXX on server YYY is DOWN. It had been up for 4 days, 8 hours, 24 minutes".

I found the token %monitoruplength%, which works fine in the alert test, but it appears that it is set to 0 as soon as the monitor fails...

When a monitor fails, the monitor is seen as down, and the timer starts over once it comes back up.
