Syslog server upgrade (9.7.0) web login fails

After upgrading to 9.7.0 (from 9.6.5) web login now fails.

I have tried to reset the password using the method I found on Solarwinds website, with no luck.

Anyone have some tips or tricks to solve this issue??

Im having same issue - re-installed countless times, restored old web config docs from a backup we had...nothings worked....

Follow this -

Enable SSL support for Kiwi Web Access (solarwinds.com)

Performing the steps in this article allowed me to logon - the port no for your KIWI web server will then be different - see step 25 for the website address you will then need to use.
