Orion NPM 10.1 Strange Alert Behavior

I haven't had alerts working yet since I got this installed due to this issue. When I try to add an alert trigger to a Basic Alert, the button does nothing. When I try to add a trigger to an Advanced Alert, I get "Solarwinds Error 0" and the Manager shuts down.

Any ideas?

Simply run the command regsvr32 c:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\SWAlertActions8.dll

and

regsvr32 c:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\SWAlertEngine8.dll

See if that changes anything for you
