Log Forwarder for Windows works on kiwi syslog server but not Orion NPM Syslog server

I am installing the new "Log Forwarder for Windows" on some Windows 2003 servers.

The events show up on the system running Kiwi Syslog Service (V8.3.40) but not on Orion Network Performance Monitor (V9.5 SP5)

I did search through the forums, and can't find an answer.
