Client Version Wrong Database

Question

While i m executing the "new command set " on the

devices , i m getting the error

"Client Version Wrong Database"

Hi nandu,

Further review of your infolog (and a good spot by me colleague) reveals something quite strange;

2009-10-05 16:42:29	3-Info	0	Kiwi CatTools	Program start-up
2009-10-05 16:42:29	3-Info	0	Kiwi CatTools	Running in Application Mode
2009-10-05 16:42:29	3-Info	0	Kiwi CatTools	Version: 3.4.0

This shows that at this point you are running Version 3.4.0 of CatTools. However, the next day it appears that you have 
reverted to version 3.3.4 which will not be compatible with the 3.4.0 files installed.

i m using XP Service pack2,

or else the problem with Device database,

Client means what, im new to Cattools

out of r u from Solarwinds

Hi Nandu,

From the infolog it looks like there was some issue when CatTools tried to create the database.

What OS and service pack are you running please?
