What problem were you trying to solve when you purchased? Needed more advanced monitoring and alerting
Did you consider options other than SolarWinds? Who? Nimsoft and Sitescope
How are you using the product and what benefits have you seen? We're using it to monitor and alert on network equipment, backing up configurations, reporting.
