Escape of special characters such as "@" in Configuration Templates

Question

Hi All,

I'm hopeful that there is an easy way to be able to treat special characters (specifically @) as text within an NCM config template.  A scenario might be where the template includes an SNMP notification email address.  Using @ generates an error due to undefined variable.  Ideally, an escape character could be used, such as "\"  or alternatively the character could be defined in ascii i.e. char(64).
