Upload Config - Minimum Requirements?

For a failed Cisco device in the field, what would be the minimum configuration needed to make the device available to Solarwinds so I can use Config Upload to push the last backed up configuration back to the device?

I would expect the following would be required:

IP address matching that of the failed device (or a 'build' IP that SolarWinds can route to)
Interface configured correctly to allow traffic from the desired poller (vlan/ip/etc)
User configured on the device that matches that used by your connection profile for the device/device type
Required protocol enabled (SSH 1/2, SCP, etc)

That should do it.
