PM Peak Traffic Load on down interfaces

In the peak traffic load charts in performance monitor it shows that the top loads on ports that are on my Cisco 6513 are from ports that are down/inactive. Any ideas or fixes for this???????/

Are you actively monitoring these "down" ports? If so, just delete them and then re-add them. I think I had a similar problem a while ago.
