IpMonitor can't detect GSM Modem

I have a problem. My GSM modem is Wavecom chipset serial modem.

When I connect with serial port, I can send message by MS Terminal. But I can't send alert msg from IpMonitor. (I used evaluation version 9.02) I saw the error msg from the log file is "Unable to initialize modem" "config file [\config\alerts\0.x]: config id mismatch]

Pls tell me what is wrong?

Hi , Can you try connecting to your modem using hypertrm and do the following ?

AT+CMGF=1

AT+CMGS="+**********"

> A simple demo of SMS text messaging._

+CMGS: 7

Replace xx with a valid reciepient mobile no. Also post the output of the following:

AT+IPR
AT+ICF
AT+IFC

but i've already bought new gsm modem (iTengo). It is working fine.

(last my gsm modem can send sms by ms terminal)
