Solarwind dynamic groups

Hi All,

we have around 650+ groups created in solarwinds and all are dynamic groups.

I would like to know is there any option to export all the group information like Group name, dynamic query for that group, devices in that group information to excel?

There is a table name called "ContainerMemberDefinitions", it gave me all required information.. but need to work bit on excel to format the data.

Would the "Groups and Group Members" report work for you? You could always set it to export into excel, thats half the battle, someone else should be able to tell you how to display your dynamic query alongside the group.

you could try to extract the information directly from the containers table in the database, but let me tell you it's not nice formatted
